Tips for runners

Did you know over 50% of marathon runners have an injury every year? and novice runners can be injured twice as often as seasoned runners!

A few tips to help stay injury free are:

- Manage your workload. Don't increase running distance too quickly

- Get strong. Adding some cross training in the gym can help you become more resilient

- Run smart. Running with good technique can make you more efficient, meaning faster times and less work for you joints and soft tissues.
