Aoife Kennedy

BSc (Physiotherapy), M.Physio (Physiotherapy), Strength & Conditioning Coach (UK)

Aoife holds a Postgraduate Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Curtin University as well as her undergraduate Physiotherapy degree from Ireland. She is also a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with the UK Strength and Conditioning Association.

Aoife has developed clinical expertise in the assessment and management of knee and hip/groin pain, dancing injuries, running-related injuries, back and neck pain, tendon injuries and pre/post-surgical rehabilitation. She likes to combine education with hands on treatment techniques and exercise rehabilitation to reduce pain and help patients return to peak function or athletic performance.

Aoife is very passionate about guiding people to feel their best. In her spare time, she can be found teaching Irish dancing, playing Gaelic football, training in the gym, running or doing yoga.
