Setup your workstation

Many of new injuries that we are seeing in this COVID-19 world are related to the fact that so many more people are working from home in workstations that are not as ergonomic as the ones they have been using at work.

The most common issue? Using a laptop.

Laptops are not designed for long term use, as it is impossible to get both the keyboard and the monitor in appropriate positions.

The easy solution? Get a cheap bluetooth keyboard and mouse so you can place them in a comfortable position for your arms, and place your laptop on top of a few large books so it is more ideal height for your eyeline.
