Thea completed her Physiotherapy degree at the University of the West of England in 2022 and has since developed a broad range of clinical experience across private practice, aged care, post-operative orthopaedics, high-level rugby (including pitch-side coverage), women’s health, and neurological rehabilitation.
She has a particular interest in women’s health, sports injuries, and neurological conditions, and is passionate about helping people regain confidence in their bodies.
Thea takes a well-rounded, patient-centred approach to physiotherapy. She listens carefully to each person’s goals and expectations to ensure treatment plans are tailored and meaningful. Combining hands-on therapy with targeted exercise rehabilitation, helping people return to the activities that matter most to them — whether that’s competitive sport, work, or everyday life.
Outside of the clinic, Thea enjoys horse riding, reformer Pilates, gym training, running, attending rodeos, and spending time outdoors.
