3. FLOW – Dynamic Mindfulness
Mindfulness has been shown to reduce pain, improve vitality and concentration. People suffering from chronic injuries – such neck or back pain, Anxiety/Depression or Stress, can benefit from FLOW. Gentle movements done in conjunction breathing exercises create a relaxed environment for the mind to settle. Specific simple movements then “retrain” the body to move in a natural way, addressing compensatory tension that is interfering with the individual’s progress to normal.
Dynamic Mindfulness is basically moving meditation, which is great for those that want to learn to relax and meditate, but can’t stay still!
FLOW is run by Dom Passalacqua, a qualified Exercise Physiologist and rehab practitioner, who is also a Master in Martial Arts – Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Chi Gong.
