If you are into CrossFit style exercise, then this class will appeal to you. BodyFit takes elements from our successful pilates program and adds resistance and high intensity interval training. The result is an effective, safe fitness class that works perfectly in tandem with existing programs or sports such as – CrossFit, football, hockey, netball, etc any high intensity sport.
Classes are run by Alex and Alison, who are both experienced in exercise prescription.
This exercise class is specifically tailored to seniors and those suffering from Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis or Type II Diabetes. Exercise offering graded resistance has been shown to improve bone density and controlled movement is important for osteoarthritis and diabetes.
The class is presented in a fun format that includes both an outside and inside component. A fun way to stay fit!
