Classes
At Horizon there is a great choice of exercise classes that should suit you.
1. BodyFit
If you are into CrossFit style exercise, then this class will appeal to you. BodyFit takes elements from our successful pilates program and adds resistance and high intensity interval training. The result is an effective, safe fitness class that works perfectly in tandem with existing programs or sports such as – CrossFit, football, hockey, netball, etc any high intensity sport.
Classes are run by Alex and Alison, who are both experienced in exercise prescription.
2. LifeFit
This exercise class is specifically tailored to seniors and those suffering from Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis or Type II Diabetes. Exercise offering graded resistance has been shown to improve bone density and controlled movement is important for osteoarthritis and diabetes.
The class is presented in a fun format that includes both an outside and inside component. A fun way to stay fit!

3. 5 Animal Flow
5 Animal Flow is a movement class to enhance MOVEMENT QUALITY
An East meets West journey into physical fluency and mindfulness. The class facilitates movement discovery and aims to improve core stability, reduce rigidity, develop global coordination and improve MOVEMENT INTELLIGENCE

4. Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy uses modified yoga practice to assist injury rehabilitation and management of pain and stress. Poses can be adapted for any client. You don’t have to be flexible or fit to do yoga!!
5. Ridefit
RideFit is a cycling specific circuit class designed to strengthen your core and hip muscles to optimise your power production on the bike.

6. TIMETABLE
